What was reported
A plain summary of this topic, built from the channels that covered it.
Prince George has begun his first day at Eton College, an exclusive private boarding school in Berkshire. Both Sky News and the BBC reported that the annual fees exceed £65,000 and that his father, Prince William, and uncle, Prince Harry, had previously attended the school. The BBC noted that the prince will have his own room in one of the school's 25 boarding houses, and that security will be a priority, with a discreet police presence and carefully managed media access. Sky News added that George and his parents considered several boarding schools before choosing Eton, and described the school's distinct traditions, including its terminology (teachers called 'beaks', terms called 'halves') and its old-fashioned uniform. Sky News also mentioned that Eton is located close to Windsor Castle. The broadcasts did not indicate any disagreement between the channels on the core facts.
